HOW MANY DAYS IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK MY PARTY?​

• All parties must be booked at least 11 days in advance. 

WHO HAS TO PAY ADMISSION?

• Everyone who enters the building must pay admission (guest of honor and party host are free)
• Ages 3 & under are free.

DOES EPIC PROVIDE CAKE?

• No. However you may bring a regular cake or cupcakes if you a have booked party package with us. IMPORTANT: ICE CREAM AND ICE CREAM CAKE IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE EPIC.

IS FOOD INCLUDED WITH THE PARTY?

• Yes! Buffalo Stans, Harpoon Lagoon, Hurricane Hideout package includes 2 pizzas. Mr. Bills VIP Room package includes 3 pizzas.
  
• All additional food can be added on separately at the time of booking your party or with your party hero the day of. (Fruit & Veggie platters must be added 48 hours in advance)
  

​WHAT TIME SHOULD WE ARRIVE?

• Please arrive at your scheduled party time. Your party room may not be ready until that time.

CAN I ARRIVE EARLY TO DECORATE?

• Your party room may be occupied at the time with a previous party's guests. You may drop off your decorations prior to your party and your Party Hero will set up your party room. 

WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT PERMITTED?

• Gum, ice cream (including ice cream cake), confetti, table scatter, sparklers, balloons, beads, other small items that can get caught in skate wheels. Outside food and beverages are NOT PERMITTED at Epic Rollertainment.

DEPOSIT?

• There is a $50 non-refundable deposit for all party bookings.
